Working from offices in Perth (HQ), SA, NT, Foundation Management's senior management team is responsible for all aspects of the investment cycle.

The team identifies investment opportunities, prepares term sheets, undertakes due diligence and then finalises the investments once Foundation Board approval has been received.

Once the investment has been made, the management team works closely with investee companies, monitoring performance and providing expertise and advice when required.
