• Show potential for high growth - through expansion interstate or overseas
• Have enterprising management with proven experience
• Have a market niche and/or a sustainable competitive advantage

Our due diligence and assessment process is rigorous and requires that the company has; a business plan, financials, projections and identified markets.

Foundation's objective is to create a balanced portfolio of investments across a range of industries including:

• Information and communication technologies
• Industrial manufacturing
• Marine industries
• Industrial chemicals and other specialist manufacturing including value added processing to the resources sector
• Medical/health products and biotechnology

Unsuitable Investments

Foundation focuses on investment in areas where it has expertise and can add significant value. It does not invest in any of the following:

• Retail
• Property development
• Primary mining and exploration
• Broadacre farming
• Listed companies
