Foundation Millennium 2000 Fund ("FM2000")
The FM2000 fund makes investments ranging from $3m to $10m in companies with the following criteria:
- developed product or service meeting needs of identifiable and sustainable market with high growth potential
- proven business model
- core management team in place (past sole trader or start up)
- predominantly based in Western Australia (although may consider co-investment in other states of Australia)
Foundation IIF Fund ("IIF")
The Foundation IIF fund makes investments from $1m to $3.6m in companies where the following criteria apply:
- the business is concerned with commercialising the results of research and development
- the company is in the start up, seed or early stage of development
- the majority of the company's assets and employees are in Australia
- average annual revenue is not greater than $4 million for the last two years, and not greater than $5 million in either of those years
- the company has potential for significant growth
- the management have the skills necessary to take the business forward
- the business is based in Western Australia, South Australia or the Northern Territory
